so what does "reasonable punishment" mean to you?
she knowingly committed an offense which is equivalent to the
dereliction of her duties.. that of arming an unauthorised person
and surrendering her weapon issued to her care and responsibility
to another...
he, being her friend, would know of the consequences, yet asked
her, knowing full well the gravity of such a deed...
yet they did it...
personal responsibility time again...
